Unit 1   He spent about twenty-one hours in space

Learning aims： 

（1）能听懂、会说、会认、会读：flew  became  spent  hour  son  proud pilot等单词与短语。

（2）理解课文内容，并能听懂会说：

教学步骤：

 Step 1：Warm-up and show the learning aims

1、Act out the dialogue in Unit 1. 

2、T：My kids, today we are going to learn Module 7 Unit 1  He spent about twenty-one hours in space.

(板书课题并齐读)

 First ，please look at our learning aims.(出示本课学习目标，教师慢慢读，学生仔细看、认真听。)

 Step 2: Show the guides （指导自学） 

1、Look at the pictures and find the information.

2、Play the tape and have the students look and listen.

3、Read and underline the new words.

4、Explain the new words and the sentences. 

5、Read the passage by themselves and try to say out all the pictures

Step 3: Practice: 

1) 板书：go   buy   give  eat  is  am  see  watch  win  ride  并将学生分成两组，一组说原形，一组说过去式，展开游戏，看哪组反应快。

2) Retell the text

3) Game：Where did I go?

4) Write each words five times

5) Do the exercise 1 and 2 of the student’s book.
